The challenge
Daily commodity prices are published as PDFs. Copying them by hand every day was slow, error-prone and easy to forget.
Our solution
We automated the whole loop. A scheduled job downloads the latest CBSL report, Google Gemini extracts every price, and the site redeploys with retail and wholesale prices by market and day-on-day changes, in Sinhala and English.
